Reviewed the Hue HD from Huehd

Our webcam reviewer Chris analyses the Hue HD to establish its place in the market and to find out if it compares to other webcams. As soon as you take the Hue HD out of the box the straight forward setup and ease of use will have you smiling. Something that really took me by surprise how well the bendy arm works. You can just plug it into a USB port and bend the arm up so that the camera is pointing at you. It also includes a little base plate but I didn't find this necessary. It looks and feels robust and well manufactured. The designers at Hue have obviously put a lot of time and effort in and it supersedes expectations. The Hue webcam has deservedly gained many accolades for the unique design and high quality camera. To summarise this is a really super webcam with nice features and a competitive price. A recommended webcam if you think the bendy arm is more suitable for you than a standard clip cam.
